N2 - Cardiac papillary fibroelastoma (CPF) is a valvular tumor that may be mistaken for infective endocarditis (IE). We describe a case of CPF complicated by Coxiella burnetti IE. According to Duke's criteria, a diagnosis of IE was repeatedly considered as excluded or established during the clinical course, highlighting the criteria limitations.
