Total occlusion of the left main coronary artery and normal LV function despite critical narrowing of the right coronary artery

A 67-year-old man with stable angina pectoris is described in whom cardiac catheterization showed total occlusion of the left main coronary artery, critical proximal narrowing in the right coronary artery and normal left ventricular function.
