תקציר

In the present report we show the evolution of the order parameter with doping for Y_1-xCa_xBa₂Cu₃O _7-δ thin films. The penetration depth results for overdoped Y_0.9Ca_0.1Ba₂Cu₃O_{7- δ} films are well fitted to a complex order parameter of the form Δ d_{x2 - y2} + i δ d_xy, while the underdoped films yield a pure d_{x2 - y2}-wave. The complex order parameter indicates broken time-reversal symmetry.
