תקציר
The world has gone through a tremendous shift in understanding change. Only a decade ago, discussing the changing world of the 21st century and its implications with leaders, employees, or educators required dedicating time and effort to convincing them that the world was indeed going through profound changes, which did not resemble changes in any other in pace, type and magnitude. Today this is no longer the case. The changing world and its implications are among the most widely discussed topics in organizations, education systems, and the public in general, and changes are evident everywhere. The change is so profound in its scope, breadth and impact that it transforms almost every human activity—from the way things are made and the way that resources are used, to the way people communicate and interact with each other, the way they learn, work and do business. It has therefore been often referred to as the fourth industrial revolution (Kaeser, 2018).
