This paper presents a conceptual framework for remote roof height estimation of moving vehicles using a 94 GHz radar system. By analyzing Doppler returns from both the vehicle's roof and wheels, the approach eliminates dependence on vehicle speed. In a scaled-model experiment, measured Doppler shifts of approximately 560 Hz (roof) and 450 Hz (wheels) yielded an estimated roof height of 0.305 m compared to the model's actual height of 0.30 m.
