N2 - The problem of emf generation in the centrifugal field between two cylindrical electrodes in the binary electrolyte in the rotating cylindrical electrochemical cell is considered. The generated emf, the variation of the emf with the time from the onset of rotation to reaching a constant emf value, the variation of the distribution of electrolyte concentration over the interelectrode space during this transient period of time, and the duration of transient period are calculated.
