Abstract

The authors have retracted this article due to erroneous statistical calculations that they were alerted to after publication. Table 2 reported immunophenotypic differences between invasive stratified mucinous carcinoma and adenosquamous carcinoma that the authors have now realized are not statistically significant. Simona Stolnicu, Lien Hoang, Iulia Barsan, Cristina Terinte, Anna Pesci, Sarit Aviel-Ronen, Takako Kiyokawa, Isabel Alvarado-Cabrero, Esther Oliva, Kay J. Park and Robert A. Soslow agree to this retraction. Orsolya Hanko-Bauer has not responded to any correspondence from the editor or publisher about this retraction.
