Abstract

This chapter proposes a model for predicting the phase and structural composition of a weld metal. This model takes into account the primary and secondary crystallization of the weld metal, as well as the results of thermodynamic and kinetic analyses of these processes. Let us formulate the problems whose solution will enable us to create such a model.
