Abstract

In 1985, in the Division of Clinical Pharmacology at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, we have created the Motherisk Clinic for antenatal counselling for drug, chemical and radiation exposure. In this communication, we wish to introduce the concept, organization and execution of this new program. Also described are data from the first year pilot study.
