N2 - In the present report we show the evolution of the order parameter with doping for Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3O 7-δ thin films. The penetration depth results for overdoped Y0.9Ca0.1Ba2Cu3O7- δ films are well fitted to a complex order parameter of the form Δ dx2 - y2 + i δ dxy, while the underdoped films yield a pure dx2 - y2-wave. The complex order parameter indicates broken time-reversal symmetry.
