Abstract
The use of fuzzy independence in the computation of extended conditional probability was discussed. It was shown that how the formulation of degree of independence leads to a formula fulfilling the desiderata. A comparison of the computed formula with other possible formulations of parameterized independence was also presented. It was found that a transformation of the Hummel-Manevitz method and the presented fuzzy methods were in close approximations of each others.
