Abstract

The authors regret that there are some errors in the numbers in Table 4 in the paper: Driver views on speed and enforcement, in volume 89 of journal of Accidents Analysis and Prevention. The correct Table is: [Table Presented] The sentence “The main finding is that in the group of drivers 147 (89 + 58, see Table 4 line 4) reporting that they will not change their speed, there are less drivers expecting positive impact of speed cameras on safety.”, which refers to the data in Table (located in the last paragraph above headline 4.6), should be replaced by “The main finding is that in the group of drivers who report that they will not change their speed, the proportion expecting positive impact of speed cameras on safety (52%) is lower than those expecting positive impact in other groups (at least 58%).” The authors would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused.
