ENERGY AND EMISSION CRITERIA IN OPTIMIZING URBAN SYSTEM OPERATIONS.

Research output: Contribution to conferencePaperpeer-review

Abstract

This paper describes a modeling framework for urban system operations including explicit consideration of energy and emission criteria. The framework is based on the interplay between user-optimization (the user's objective) and system-optimization (the manager's objective) and indicates the potential of providing an analytical tool for urban system management decision-making.
