Abstract

An innovative THz band reconfigurable reflect array antenna for short range wireless communication is proposed in this study. The proposed antenna is based on metasurface technology, and the tuning element is piezoelectric crystal. This antenna can steer and focus the reflected beam simultaneously. The unit cell of this antenna design is based on patch and ground layer.
