The family names of the authors were incorrectly listed on the first page of the original article. Galit K.’s correct family name is Klein. Djamchid, A.’s family name is Assadi, and Moti, Z.’s last name is Zwilling. The appendices were revised due to wrong formatting. In Appendix B, the stub-headings “Individual level”, “National/International level”, and “Community (P2P) level” were centralized. Likewise, for the stub-headings in Appendix C specifically, “Individual level”, “Organization level”, “National/International level” and “P2P communal level”. The original version has been corrected.
