Circles in the unit sphere of a Hilbert space

Research output: Contribution to journalArticlepeer-review

Abstract

We construct on the unit sphere of a Hilbert space two closed sets F1, F2 such that F1 ∩ F2 = ∅ and F1 ∩ Q ≠ ∅, F2 ∩ Q ≠ ∅ for any subspace Q of dimension 2.
