Abstract

Both full and simplified analysis of the electrical generating system consisting of a TEG, a heat source and a heat sink is presented. For ease of use the system is represented as an active two-terminal, which includes a voltage source and a non-linear temperature dependent resistor. The key role of the heat removal in the system and its influence on the values of the output parameters is shown.
