Abstract

Discovery of the carbon nanotubes (CNTs) effectively stimulates the search of the materials which properties can be dramatically improved via structuration of their surfaces. Among these structures namely the soft materials of the UV-VIS-IR range and some semiconductors, the ITO contacting systems as well are promising ones due to the reason to their evidence to organize the covalent bonding with the CNTs. It provokes the increase of the transparency, mechanical hardness, wetting angle and volt-current characteristics as well. CNTs refractive index is close to 1.1 and the Young module is close to some TeraPascals that permits to realize the advantages mentioned above. In the current talk the emphases will be given to the features of the Sc and Y materials structuration as well. It can be proposed to widely extend the materials base via using namely the structured inorganic innovative systems in the solar energy applications.
