Abstract

The article discusses the issues of establishing an analytical cadastre in areas where original measurement marks are missing. These are areas where original measurement marks of parcel border points do not exist in the field due to various reasons - for example, an area that has undergone a new construction period which caused the destruction of original measurement marks. In these areas, in order to receive coordinates in the Israeli geodetic network, an action of converting point coordinates is required. In the article, the method of transforming the coordinates of parcel border points is proposed, in each block separately, based on control points (trigs and polygons) located nearby the transformed division. The proposed methodology was tested during an experimental project carried out at 4 sites in different regions of the State of Israel. The results of the project are presented in the article. Also, the proposed methodology was examined in comparison with the result of an analytical definition project of registration blocks touching the coastline.
