שחיקה מבצעית היא תופעה רצינית שיכולה לפגוע בתפקוד הלוחמים ובמורל היחידה. על מפקדי הלוחמים בשטח להיות מודעים לגורמי השחיקה המבצעית, ולנקוט את האמצעים המתאימים למניעתה ולהתמודדות עימה. (מתוך המאמר)
