ملخص
Aim: To examine short-term reactions after same-day influenza and COVID-19 vaccination in older adults living at home. Findings: Most reactions were mild and short-lived. Local reactions were more common after the COVID-19 vaccine than after the influenza vaccine, and adults with more health problems or a previous COVID-19 infection were more likely to report symptoms. Message: Same-day influenza and COVID-19 vaccination was generally well tolerated in very old adults living at home and may help support practical vaccine delivery in this group.
