N2 - A 30-year-old nonsmoking man underwent a left lower lobectomy with bronchoplasty for an obstructing lesion of the left lower lobe. Pathology results demonstrated a psammomatous melanotic schwannoma, a rare pigmented neural tumor of which only 25 cases have been reported as originating in the respiratory tract.
