ملخص
On example of lanthanum manganites shown is the possibility of obtaining massive high-dense oxide nanoscale materials from coarse powders by quasistatic (shear under pressure) and dynamic (loading with spherically converging shockwaves) deformation methods. Shear under pressure method provided the finer dispersed nanomaterials. Dynamic deformation has an advantage of allowing producing rather large amounts of nanomaterials in one technological cycle, being at the same time free of external pollution. Density of so produced nanoceramics achieves as much as 99% of theoretic value.
