Cross-cultural research the preferable strategies in students conflict

In this article the results of an empirical study on the cultural specificity of the conflict behavior strategy choice of students from Russian, German and Israeli universities in the context of the learning environment are presented. A survey as the main method of our research is used. Our research is based on the following questionnaires: the author’s questionnaire “Strategy of conflict behavior," the questionnaire VSM13 of G. Hofstede, Survey Values Schwartz. There is a hypothesis that Russian, German and Israeli students prefer to use different strategies of conflict behavior in the various learning conflict situations. We expect as well, that these strategies selection of conflict behavior have a significant relation with such indicators of culture, as individualism, masculinity, power distance, longterm and uncertainty avoidance.
