ملخص
This study examines occupational differences between hybrid workers and fully office-based workers in terms of productivity, job satisfaction, and burnout. In addition, it explores whether personality traits (extraversion, conscientiousness) maintain consistent associations across these work models. After matching demographic and occupational characteristics, the final sample included 194 employees evenly split between hybrid and fully office-based models. Hybrid workers reported significantly higher productivity and job satisfaction and lower exhaustion, although overall burnout levels did not differ between groups. Conscientiousness and extraversion were positively correlated with job satisfaction and negatively correlated with burnout; conscientiousness was positively linked with job productivity. These relationships persisted across work models, highlighting hybrid work's advantages, particularly for highly extraverted or conscientious employees. Implications for career counseling and organizational interventions are discussed.
